We’ll cover topics such as: creating healthy habits, the mechanics of stress, the mechanics of meditation, and how to relate to thoughts with greater ease, effortlessness, and acceptance.
After completing the 3-day course, we’ll also be offering 1 hour bi-weekly drop-in group meditations.
