Tiffany Copeland.

Tiffany Copeland, M.S. is an advanced doctoral student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) specializing in both the evaluation and treatment of a variety of conditions affecting children, adults, and families.

Tiffany finds great joy in working with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Selective Mutism, and Substance Use Disorder. She is an empathetic listener who takes a health and wellness approach to healing. Her therapeutic style is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach. Tiffany’s work with clients is culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, considering all lived experiences and perspectives of her clients. She focuses on creating a safe environment for clients to relax and discuss their needs. Every session with Tiffany includes direct feedback from the client and goal setting, and often incorporates mindfulness techniques like deep breathing and meditation. Tiffany’s goal is for her clients to increase emotional control, learn about their inner processes, and promote positivity.

Tiffany earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education from the University of Delaware, and two Master’s degrees in School Psychology from Rowan University and PCOM. She has previously worked in schools and outpatient therapy settings providing educational support and psychoeducational evaluations for children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Learning Disorders, and other social-emotional and behavioral disabilities. She is eager to continue that work here at Lowey Psychological Services.
